1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in the E'Ho Mai 21-Day Reset program ("the Program"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
2. Program Description
The Program is a 21-day community wellness experience that includes:
Guided juice fasting protocols
Weekly digital guides
Three (3) live Zoom community circles
Hawaiian healing wisdom and acupressure techniques
Optional WhatsApp support group
Program materials and resources
3. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be in sufficient health to participate in a juice fasting program
Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning if they have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: This Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is NOT medical advice.
We are not licensed medical professionals
This Program does not replace professional medical care
Juice fasting may not be suitable for everyone
You are solely responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning
We are not liable for any health consequences resulting from participation
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have concerns about fasting, consult your doctor before participating.5. Donation-Based Model
This Program operates on a voluntary donation basis:
There is no fixed fee to participate
We suggest a donation of $108 USD, but you may donate any amount
% of proceeds support [Charity Name and Mission]
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
Non-payment does not exclude you from participation
All donations are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Follow program guidelines responsibly
- Listen to your body and stop if something doesn't feel right
- Respect the community and other participants
- Not share or redistribute program materials without permission
- Attend Zoom calls respectfully
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including:
- Digital guides and documents
- Recipes and protocols
- Videos and recordings
- Hawaiian healing wisdom shared by our healer
...are the intellectual property of E'Ho Mai and may not be:- Reproduced or distributed without permission
- Used for commercial purposes
- Shared publicly or posted online
Program materials are for personal use only.8. Privacy & ConfidentialityWhat is shared in community Zoom circles is confidential
Participants agree not to record or share others' personal stories
Please review our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data
We will never sell your information
9. Program Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify program content or schedule with reasonable notice
- Cancel or reschedule Zoom calls due to unforeseen circumstances
- Update program materials as needed
In the event of significant changes, we will notify participants via email.10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
E'Ho Mai, its facilitators, and healer are NOT liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from participation
You participate at your own risk
We are not responsible for technical issues (Zoom outages, email delivery problems, etc.)
We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results
11. Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge:
Juice fasting carries inherent risks
Results vary by individual
You are responsible for your own health and safety
You will stop and seek medical attention if needed
12. Refund Policy
Because this is a donation-based program:
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
You may discontinue participation at any time
Materials and access are provided as-is
13. Community Guidelines
Participants must:
- Be respectful and supportive of others
- Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences
- Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior
- Not use the community for commercial or promotional purposes
Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.14. WhatsApp Group (Optional)Participation in WhatsApp groups is optional
WhatsApp's terms of service and privacy policy apply
We are not responsible for WhatsApp's functionality or data handling
You can leave the group at any time
15. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Having reliable internet access
- Having a device capable of accessing Zoom/Google Meet
- Ensuring you can receive emails
- Having the necessary equipment (juicer or blender)
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end.16. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Remove participants who violate these terms
- Cancel the program in extraordinary circumstances
- Deny future participation to individuals who disrupt the community
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved inthe Netherlands
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
